Experience/Background Vivian combines a broad business background and rich life experiences with coaching. Prior to becoming a coach, Vivian was a corporate executive in financial services with roles in finance and technology management. Her career highlights include leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives and demonstrating leadership as the corporate controller. She has been coaching leaders in organizations since 2004. Coaching: Vivian has been successful at helping clients embody their leadership presence, lead and coordinate more effectively with others, and successfully transition into new career and life stages. She coaches Senior VPs, VPs, and Director management levels. Clients Charles Schwab Corporation, Standard Pacific Homes, Trainer Communications; Non-Profit: Women's Initiative for Self-Employment Education/Certification Vivian graduated from University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She is certified as a Somatic Coach from The Strozzi Institute and is certified from New Ventures West coaching school as an Integral Coach. She has also completed Enneagram training. Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant. Publications/Affiliations/Achievements For the prestigious New Ventures West coaching school in San Francisco, Vivian mentors professional coaching candidates through their year-long program. She speaks fluent Spanish.
