Experience/Background Stephen Joseph has provided executive coaching for over 28 years. In the 1970s, he conducted research of exemplary leaders to identify the thought processes that allowed them to outperform others by significant margins. He applies this knowledge of business performance, psychology, and mind/body disciplines to help leaders attain new levels of agility. Coaching: Stephen coaches leaders from high-potential directors to C-level executives. He guides clients to achieve two results: their leadership makes a difference and they enjoy who they become in response to challenge. A skilled performer himself (classical guitar, improvisational theater, keynotes), he uses the arts to raise the fun quotient in business and helps executives in their "executive presence," presentations, and ability to influence others.
