Experience/Background Pamela provides coaching and leadership development to executives and leaders in a variety of industries including high-tech, biotech, telecommunications, construction, retail, healthcare and non-profits. Coaching: Pamela is a Master Certified Coach for Directors to C-level. Her strength and passion as a coach is in assisting her clients to experience greater authenticity, effectiveness, and fulfillment. Instructing: Pamela has designed and led coaching programs inside corporate and non-profit organizations nation-wide. She served as senior faculty for New Ventures West, a premier coach training company based in San Francisco, where she trained hundreds of coaches. And, she was adjunct faculty at JFK University in California.
