Lucy Fine

Experience/Background
Lucy is a seasoned coach and has coached numerous leaders in global companies as well as health care and government-funded organizations. She began her career as a health practitioner and team lead for health and technical projects. For over 20 years, Lucy was a psychotherapist and group facilitator. For the past 10 years, she has coached individuals and teams to apply systems theory utilizing multiple models and frameworks.
Coaching: The foundation of Lucy’s coaching is a system-centered approach to master difficult conversations and negotiate for clarity, accountability, and commitment. She is also known for fostering emotional and collaborative intelligence as well as enhancing embodied leadership and skillful presence.
Consulting and Facilitating: Lucy provides large-scale workforce analysis, design and facilitation of strategic conversations and off sites, conflict resolution, and customized design and facilitation of team communication trainings.

Education/Certification
Lucy earned her B.A. in Health Organizing from Antioch College, B.S. in Nursing and Public Health from UCSF, and M.A. in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from JFK University. She was a fellow at SF State in Integrated Service Technology.
She received her coaching and leadership development certification from the Coaches Training Institute. She is certified to use several evaluative tools to provide insight into the goals and aspirations of leaders, teams and cultures including the LeadershipCircle 360 and culture tool as well as the Enneagram, Firo-B, and LJMap Values tool.
Publications/Affiliations/Achievements
Lucy has served as a faculty member at UCSF School of Medicine, JFK University and New College. She is on the Board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and a longstanding member of System-Centered Training and Research Institute and the Northern CA Group Psychological Association.
