Experience/Background Dr. Jacalyn Sherriton brings a depth and breadth of perspective gained over 25 years, working with diverse industries, executives, and Fortune 500 companies on their numerous challenges. She taught at Harvard where she also developed and implemented one of the nation's first programs in the field of team training for medical and dental students. Consulting and Facilitating: Jacky specializes in creating new or changing corporate cultures toward targeted objectives such as teamwork, service, and high performance; merging corporate cultures and preventing or mitigating culture clash; and building high-performance teams. Coaching: Jacky provides executive coaching to help senior leaders adjust and lead in the current dynamic business environment. Her practical and results-oriented approach, use of proven frameworks, and her ability to relate to senior leaders create a credible platform for stimulating and facilitating change. She has served on numerous boards and leadership positions including: Board of Directors, Liberia Economic and Social Development Corporation; Senate appointed Member of the Military Academy Selection Board; ASTD National Management Development Executive Committee; President, ASTD (Broward/Palm Beach Chapter); Chair, National Issues Committee; Women's Executive Club; and Governor appointed Member of the Florida Human Rights Advocacy Committee. She co-authored "Corporate Culture/Team Culture," which was featured in USA Today, New York Times, CNBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, INC. and Fortune Magazine. The book was translated and distributed in China. Jacky is also a contributing author of "Real World Teambuilding Strategies That Work." She has spoken at association conferences such as ASAE, ASTD, HRSP, and AMA International Presidents Association.
