Experience/Background Ilana has over 19 years experience providing tools, guidance and inspiration to organizations who seek to optimize their employee experience. Ilana has an extensive background in Human Resources working in leadership positions in Organization Development, Executive and Management Development and Training at Fortune 500 Companies including Gap, Inc., Clorox and Quantum. Coaching: Using carefully honed coaching skills and insights, Ilana has successfully coached leaders at all levels, from first-level supervisors to C-level. Her coaching focus is to surface and reveal important connections so leaders can make informed choices about their impact. Consulting: Ilana, who specializes in Leadership and Organization Development consulting, offers clients a holistic approach to resolving the complex people and structural issues that vex clients’ organizations and leaders. She provides expertise in organizational assessment and change management, succession planning, team development, instructional design, and meeting planning and facilitation. Her Masters Thesis was on Cultural Diversity in Organizations. Ilana is certified to administer the MBTI, Situational Leadership for Supervisors (Blanchard), and several leadership programs. Publications/Affiliations/Achievements Ilana has leadership roles in various nonprofit groups including Vice Chair of her local elementary school’s site council and Planning Chair for an outreach task force for the Jewish Community Federation. She was most recently Tom Lantos’ representative to the California State Democratic Central Committee, a position she held for over 10 years. Ilana lives in San Mateo with her husband and 3 children.
