Deborah Annes, Ph.D.

Experience/Background
Deborah has over 18 years of experience as an organizational psychologist. She has deep expertise in executive coaching, team facilitation, and management consulting and works with all levels of an organization.

Deborah’s corporate background included Delta Consulting Group where, as a Principal, she provided Executive Coaching and Strategic Change Consulting services at the senior executive level of Fortune 100 companies. She has consulted as an expert in organizational behavior for Deloitte Consulting where her work has included leading the change management team of senior executives during the implementation of $50+Million change projects. She won the customer service award from her client for her impact on several world-wide change initiatives. She developed, with a handpicked team of experts, the Change Methodology that Deloitte Consulting deploys on all of their projects globally.

Coaching: Deborah has worked with executives on improving confidence, executive presence and presentation, stress management, political savvy, negotiation and influence skills, leading change, team building, and inspirational leadership. Deborah specializes in improving emotional intelligence. Her expertise includes helping leaders and managers to become more self aware, manage their emotions and behavior in positive ways, develop an increased social awareness of others and organizational dynamics, and improve interpersonal relationship skills.

Education/Certification
Deborah has a Ph.D. and a M.S. degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in Computer Science/Linguistics from the California State University Northridge. She completed training from the Israeli Defense Force, Harvard’s Project on Negotiation, UCLA’s Andersen School of Business – Advanced International Human Resources, NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, Tavistock Group Relations Conference, A.K. Rice Institute, The National Conference: Human Relations Training, and the Coaches Training Institute.

Publications/Affiliations/Achievements
Deborah has edited the best selling books “Leader of the Future” and “Organizations of the Future”. Her leadership and coaching career began in the Israeli Army where she worked with officers from all over the world.
