Craig Martin
Executive Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator


Experience/Background
Craig Martin is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and management team consultant focused on helping professionals "do their most important work" in performance. He specializes in leadership, teamwork, and communications.

Foundational to Craig's work and approach is his 18 years of line management experience in marketing and financial services. He was a Vice President at Charles Schwab & Co where he worked in CRS Communications, Mutual Funds, and Electronic Brokerage. The first 10 years of Craig's career was in account management for leading advertising agencies in New York and San Francisco. He was also President of the San Francisco Advertising Club in the mid-1990s.

Coaching: Through coaching, Craig helps executives strengthen their leadership, strategic communications, and relationships including with the Board of Directors. He enables leaders to orient their role around authentic leadership in order to deepen the trust and loyalty at all levels of the organization.

Consulting and Facilitating: Craig consults with executive teams to be more aligned and effective in leading the organization.

Craig earned a B.A. at University of California, Berkeley. He is a Master Certified Coach with International Coach Federation and Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West Professional Coaching Program. He is also a qualified administrator of MBTI.

Publications/Affiliations/Achievements
Craig has held leadership positions for many years in the coaching industry through the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA) including President of the Northern California chapter. He also serves as lay leader in the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of California (San Francisco Bay Area).

Craig and his wife of 19 years are avid tennis players and skiers; and they have two elementary school-age children. Craig's favorite quote is by philosopher William James: "The greatest use of a life is to spend it for something that will outlast it."
